A suite of 12 career management resources addressing the 4 themes identified in the Scottish Framework for Career Management will be developed as follows:
SELF - resources that build key self-awareness competences that enable young people to develop their sense of self within society;
STRENGTHS - resources that help young people build the competences to enable young people identify their own strengths and to build on those strengths to pursue rewarding learning or work opportunities;
HORIZONS - resources to build the competence of young people to enable them to visualise, plan and achieve their career aspirations;
NETWORKS - resources to build key inter-personal competences that enable young people to develop networks of support.
Resource will be available by December 2019
